Please read these Terms carefully before using the Talrr Stitched application or website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Talrr Stitched (“we”, “our”, “us”, or “the Company”) operates an AI-assisted fashion technology platform enabling users to obtain custom-stitched garments and connect with independent tailors across India.

1. Eligibility & Account Creation

By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or you have obtained valid parental or guardian consent;
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement;
  • All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion where we have reason to believe these conditions are not met.

2. AI Measurement Disclaimer

Talrr uses proprietary computer vision technology to estimate body measurements via your device camera. By enabling the measurement feature, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Estimates only: AI-generated measurements are approximations derived from visual analysis. They are not a substitute for measurements taken by a trained professional tailor.
  • Variance: Results may differ from actual physical measurements due to factors including, but not limited to, device camera quality, lighting conditions, clothing worn, user positioning, and software limitations.
  • No guarantee of fit: Talrr does not guarantee a perfect fit based solely on AI-generated measurements. We strongly recommend users follow all in-app guidance and, where possible, cross-reference with manual measurements.
  • Liability limitation: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Talrr shall not be liable for fit issues that arise from measurement inaccuracies that fall within normal system variance.
  • Camera use: Camera access is requested solely for active measurement sessions and only with your explicit permission. No video is recorded or stored at any point. Only the computed measurement data points are retained.

If you are unsatisfied with the fit of a delivered garment, you may request an alteration. Alteration pricing is displayed at the time of booking and is subject to change. Please refer to Section 3 for our alteration and refund policy.

3. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways. Talrr does not store your payment card or bank account details. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.

Order cancellations:

  • You may cancel an order and request a full refund within a defined cancellation window from the time of placement. The exact cancellation window will be displayed at the time of placing your order and is subject to change based on the type of service selected.
  • Once a tailor has confirmed and commenced work on your order (as indicated in-app), cancellation may no longer be possible and a refund may not be available.
  • Talrr reserves the right to determine, at its reasonable discretion, whether work has commenced.

Defects and alterations:

  • If a delivered garment has a confirmed manufacturing defect attributable to the tailor, Talrr will use reasonable efforts to arrange a free correction or, at its discretion, an appropriate remedy.
  • Fit adjustments that fall within normal AI measurement variance (see Section 2) are not automatically treated as defects. Alteration services are available at the applicable listed price.
  • Claims for defects must be raised within a reasonable time of delivery and supported with photographs or other evidence as requested.

Refund processing:

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within a period of time subject to your payment provider's policies. Talrr does not guarantee a specific timeline, as processing times vary by provider.

Prices, service charges, and alteration fees displayed within the application are subject to change at Talrr's discretion. The price shown at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders & Tailor Fulfilment

Tailors on the Talrr platform are independent service providers, not employees or agents of Talrr. Talrr acts as a facilitating marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, fit, or timeliness of a tailor's work beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only and may be affected by order volume, fabric availability, complexity of the garment, and other factors outside Talrr's direct control. Talrr does not guarantee delivery by any specific date unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

Order status updates are provided through the application on a best-efforts basis. The statuses shown are provided by the tailor and reflect their reported progress.

Talrr reserves the right to reassign an order to another tailor at its discretion, including in cases of tailor unavailability, quality concerns, or platform violations.

5. Tailor Partner Programme

Tailors who wish to receive orders through Talrr must register and subscribe to the Tailor Partner Programme. By subscribing, tailors agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are payable at the time of registration and at each renewal. Current fees are displayed during the registration process and are subject to change with advance notice.
  • Non-refundable post-activation: Once a tailor's profile has been activated and they have begun receiving orders, the subscription fee for the current term is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  • Talrr reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a tailor account for quality violations, verified customer complaints, fraudulent activity, or breach of platform conduct guidelines. Suspended or terminated accounts do not qualify for a refund of any remaining subscription period.
  • Talrr does not guarantee a minimum number of orders to any tailor partner.
  • Tailors are solely responsible for the quality of their work, compliance with delivery commitments, and professional conduct with customers.

6. Privacy Policy Summary

This section provides a summary. Our full Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and storage of your data and is available upon request at anish@talrr.com. In the event of any conflict, the full Privacy Policy takes precedence.

Measurement and camera data:

  • Camera access is requested only during active measurement sessions with your explicit consent.
  • No video footage is stored. Only the computed measurement data points derived from the session are saved to your profile, in encrypted form.
  • Measurement data is stored on servers located in India in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
  • Your measurements are shared with a tailor only when you actively place an order with them.
  • You may request deletion of your measurement data from your profile at any time.

Personal information:

  • We collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer communications.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Where necessary for order delivery, limited data may be shared with logistics and delivery partners.

7. User Conduct

By using the Talrr platform, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or in violation of these Terms;
  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage;
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users, tailor partners, or Talrr staff;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disrupt, or exploit Talrr's software, AI systems, or infrastructure;
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or platform policies;
  • Reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any content from the platform without Talrr's prior written consent.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any amounts paid.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Talrr's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
  • Talrr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.
  • Talrr does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the application or the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Talrr's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, we encourage users to contact us directly at anish@talrr.com to seek resolution informally. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns promptly.
